If you placed the order and was already charged, but for some reason decided to cancel it, you are allowed to do it within 12 hours. In that case, you have the right to receive refund in the amount of 50% of the sum you paid for the order. This is due to the fact that our team starts working immediately after the payment is received.

Consider that after receiving your paper, you have 72 hours to ask for refund. You cannot claim for it after the previously mentioned time has passed.

You can send a request for refund under the following terms:

• if the writer did not meet the deadline for some reasons and you no longer need the paper (is possible until the paper is emailed to you);
• if the essay contains plagiarism. However, the Customer must provide the strong evidence for this;
• if the writer did not cope with the paper at all.
• if the paper does not comply with the instructions provided in your order. For this reason you must be very specific and precise in your requirements to our writers;
